As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our business. You’ll work closely with insurers and producers to develop strategic plans for placing business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. <ul><li>Required: Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required. Insurance licensing required.</li><li>Preferred: Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of broking experience in the marketplace </li><li>Existing, successful relationships with a number of insurers </li><li>A license essential to provincial licensing jurisdictions, along with management of continuing education hours </li><li>The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and connect with clients and colleagues effectively </li><li>A solution-oriented mindset with a knack for developing resourceful and innovative approaches </li><li>Familiarity with insurance document management software (EPIC) is preferred but not required</li><li>Completion of post-secondary degrees or insurance designations is nice to have </li></ul>Compensation and benefits:
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
