The Vice President of Finance provides enterprise-wide financial leadership for Friedmans integrated real estate and operating businesses, including commercial and multifamily property ownership, third-party property management, construction, commercial brokerage, mortgage brokerage, mechanical services, and court-appointed receivership and fiduciary assignments. Most importantly, the successful candidate will position Finance as both a disciplined steward of the organization's assets and a practical business partner that supports sustainable growth across property ownership, property management, construction, brokerage, mortgage brokerage, mechanical services, and receivership operations.
