In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Negotiate contract terms with clients and their legal team, by partnering with BNY counsel and internal parties, to identify and mitigate potential contractual, operational, and regulatory risks to ensure contracts (such as Bond Indentures, Trustee/Paying Agent agreements, etc) meet BNY’s risk appetite. The Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager plays a pivotal role within the Corporate Trust division, focusing on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with contract negotiations related to bond issuances.
