This role partners closely with project managers, field teams, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Manage construction documentation such as Letters of Intent, Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Owner Change Orders, CCDs, Owner Reports, invoices, meeting minutes, submittals, and RFIs.
