As a senior technical leader, the Chief Engineer also provides technical mentorship and engineering guidance across IAM teams , drives complex technical decisions, and supports the evolution of IAM capabilities to address emerging areas such as passwordless authentication, cloud identity, Zero Trust, machine and non-human identities, APIs, and AI-enabled workloads . This role provides architectural and engineering leadership across the IAM technology ecosystem, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federation platforms such as Ping Identity and Okta; Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms such as Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), SailPoint, and Saviynt; and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea, and BeyondTrust .
