Ability to frequently operate equipment and machinery requiring monitoring multiple conditions and making multiple, complex, and rapid adjustments including, but not limited to; sander, motor grader, dump truck, tractor, front end loader, drill press, welder, common hand and power tools, welder/cutting torch, chain saw, weed trimmer, hydraulic jacks, shovel, ax, rakes, brooms, and forks. Performs various jobs calling for specialized skills such as but not limited to: building, installing and repairs to equipment and locates trouble causing a failure of facility equipment; determines method of dismantling and repairs; inspects, replaces, repairs, modifies worn-out or broken parts, or installs new equipment and systems as needed or directed by Supervisor.
