This title requires the applicant to have in-depth, comprehensive and appropriate work experience in the various skills/tasks performed in the areas of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and plumbing, as well as those needed to maintain a clean, healthy and safe property or facility (such as mopping & vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces and restrooms and emptying trash). Experience may include, but is not limited to, using trade-related blueprints and other methods focusing on the continued maintenance, repair, remodeling and upkeep of existing buildings, structures and grounds in and around homes, garages, sheds, commercial offices and warehouses.
