Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize basic computer skills to monitor HVAC controls, analyze data, and generate reportsWork with multiple BMS/BAS platforms (Niagara, Honeywell, Trane, Siemens, JCI, etc.)Securely connect to and navigate remote customer sitesAssist field technicians with remote troubleshooting of HVAC and controls componentsAssist customers with BMS adjustments remotely (setpoints, schedules, overrides)Monitor alarms and trends for HVAC equipment: AHUs, RTUs, Boilers, chillers, VAVs, pumps, and associated systemsAcknowledge, prioritize, and triage alarmsDistinguish nuisance alarms from true faultsIdentify cause vs symptomIdentify faulty components or faulty equipmentEscalate issues with clear, actionable documentationParticipate in a scheduled on-call rotationPerform approved BAS maintenance tasks remotely (point checks, schedule reviews, alarm maintenance, backups where applicable).Collaborate with team members to implement system upgrades and improvementsCollaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyMaintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and system maintenance activitiesDisclaimer: This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the position, and it may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the Company.
