Your day-to-day tasks will include: • Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing building equipment and systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls • Supporting the property maintenance team, working assigned customer service requests, and assisting with construction projects and special event setups • Assisting Chief Engineer with JLL compliance program completion and associated documentation to achieve compliance at assigned account locations • Performing predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance routines and service requests as directed • Maintaining and completing documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, and other fire life safety systems • Maintaining and repairing electrical components including single phase breakers, switches, receptacles, junction boxes, conduit, lights, and ballasts • Maintaining and repairing plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, and piping • Preparing, priming and painting building interior and exterior surfaces while performing general handyman tasks to maintain buildings • Maintaining good tenant relations through prompt and courteous response to tenant requests within JLL guidelines. Desired experience and technical skills: • 5-7 years of construction or building engineering related experience • Experience with various types of hand tools and use of diagnostic equipment • Ability to diagnose problems, make sound decisions, prioritize, schedule and complete multiple tasks • Proven safety record and compliance to safe work practices • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and equipment manuals • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, Word and Excel • CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification.
