This highly motivated individual, as part of the Value Stream team, will be responsible for all Value Stream operations, including developing associates, achieving manufacturing goals, managing budgets, driving performance, and making timely operational and employment decisions for team leaders and associates. Lead daily Value Stream operations and continuous improvement activities to achieve production goals, support AOP objectives, establish manufacturing priorities, coordinate with supply chain and off-shift leadership, and ensure on-time shipment of customer orders.
