Assist in all aspects of schedulingfor the unit including, but not limited to: fielding service requests via phone and email; creating, confirming, modifying, and canceling service request; ensure all service request have required information, county tags, and service zones; rearranging assignments and service providers to maximize coverage. Bachelor's Degree in interpreting, American Sign Language, Special Education, or related field and one (1) year interpreting experience or AA Degree in interpreting and three (3) years' experience and at least one of the following: RID certification, EIPA score of 3.5 or greater, SLPI score of Advance Plus or greater, or any other nationally recognized interpreter qualification.
