Ensure that bus is in good working condition (pre-trip); • Provide safe, timely and reliable transportation; • Respond appropriately to the instructions/wishes of the team's head coach or the College employee designated as trip supervisor; • Refuel bus at conclusion of trip and ensure that keys and gas card are returned to Plant Ops; • Be watchful for warning signs of any mechanical problems; • Immediately report all mechanical/maintenance issues to Plant Ops and/or Assistant Director of Athletics; • Follow traffic regulations; • Ensure that required paperwork is completed before/during/after each trip, including miles driven and hours worked.
