Serve as a member of the department's senior staff and as the Student-Athlete Academic Support Services director, overseeing all aspects of the academic center including, but not limited to, academic planning support, initial eligibility, tutoring, study hall, and monitoring the academic progress of all 24 intercollegiate athletic programs. In addition, oversee the Bloom Family Leadership Initiative and provide strategic leadership for department-wide student-athlete development programming, including leadership development, career readiness, post-graduate planning, and student-athlete success initiatives.
