Tactical Purchasing & Supplier Execution: Lead the tactical purchasing organization responsible for procurement execution and supplier order management; ensure timely placement and management of purchase orders to support production and customer requirements; monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and material availability to minimize supply disruptions; partner closely with Strategic Sourcing to support sourcing initiatives, supplier transitions, and risk mitigation activities; develop processes that improve purchasing efficiency, supplier communication, and material planning discipline. SIOP Leadership: Own and lead the enterprise SIOP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, operational capabilities, inventory strategies, and financial objectives; facilitate monthly executive SIOP reviews and drive decision-making related to demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and service trade-offs; develop planning scenarios and risk mitigation strategies to proactively address demand and supply variability; ensure business plans are translated into executable operational and purchasing plans.
