Coordinate with internal teams, business units, and subcontractors; communicate with engineers, inspectors, suppliers, etc. to ensure effective utilization of all resources in order to maximize profit/margin on construction projects. Responsible for multiple project managers, project planning, resource management, staffing, schedule adherence, financial performance, and client satisfaction while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee development.
