The Manager, CRBO is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of policies, procedures, and system-wide processes that ensure the compliant and efficient operations of the business and back-office functions of clinical research at OSF Healthcare including: research-related contracts/agreements, budget development, financial analysis/tracking/reporting, Medicare coverage analysis, research-related billing (Epic based).
