Working closely with Information Technology Services, Web Strategy, and other stakeholders, the Business Analyst I oversees all curriculum and assessment related technical operations and user experience, develops reports and data visualizations to support decision-making, coordinates system testing and upgrades, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and support the College’s academic mission.Duties & Responsibilities. Serving as the primary contact for technical and operational support, this position administers system functionality, manages data integrity, develops and maintains system documentation, and provides training and support to faculty, staff, and administrators.
