Microsoft Office) Responsibilities: The Assistant Portfolio Manager ("APM") is responsible for supporting a key client in business support functions including processing incoming service requests and dispatching service requests; utilizing web-based solution software to dispatch, track, and close service requests; accounts payable preparation, contract preparation, and the preparation and updating of routine reports. In addition, the APM will assist in budget preparation, payroll/timekeeping, special projects, after-hours calls/emergencies, related matters within the Property Management market and/or platform, and all other tasks and duties as assigned, with dates to be agreed upon as initiated by Client and/or Thalhimer.
