Proficiency in business applications: Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, Tackle, Crossbeam, Miro, Slack,and BI tools (Tableau preferred), experienced with AI tools,e.g., Slackbot AI, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, other agentic systems leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP), to optimize partner operations and internal workflows. Lead the Scalable Operations stream within the Alliances AI Center of Excellence (CoE), overseeing the intake, evaluation, validation, development, and lifecycle management of AI-powered tools, agents, applications, workflows, and other capabilities in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams.
