Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 7 + years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements Experience in coaching Advisors or a sales team Travel required 50% of the time.
