The role drives early and meaningful engagement with senior government and industry stakeholders, orchestrates cross-functional capture teams, informs price‑to‑succeed strategies, and ensures proposal development reflects both client mission needs and Booz Allen’s differentiated capabilities. Works closely with an integrated leadership team to establish program strategy, manage, control, and deliver portfolio scope, and ensure successful execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test activities.
