Working knowledge of the installation, repair and maintenance practices, equipment, and materials used in the assigned skilled trades areas including, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical repair, painting, HVAC/refrigeration repair, and/or grounds keeping; and some knowledge of the principles and practices of other trades areas. Additional duties involve daily inspection and upkeep of grounds equipment, including blade sharpening and scheduled oil changes, as well as monitoring and managing vehicle fuels, oils, fluids, and coolants to prevent service disruptions.
