This position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of specialists assigned Specialty System programs within OSTDS, including, but not limited to, review of new systems, permitting, inspection, pre and post paperwork, operating permits, maintenance entity regulation and all associated fees, generating reports to track the progress of the program, and any enforcement regulation required.
