2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, or relationship management Experience working with insurance professionals, restoration contractors, property claims, construction, or related industries preferred Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events Organized with strong time management and follow-up skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
