Working across Microsoft leadership, account teams, product and engineering groups, partners, and senior government executives, the Chief Technology Officer shapes Microsofts most strategic Civilian engagements, guides use of the product portfolio, develops the Federal partner ecosystem, leads complex escalations and creates a framework of technical adoption that can be scaled by account aligned technical resources. The successful candidate will be a technologist, strategist, customer advocate, partner leader, and business executive, equally at ease discussing enterprise architecture with engineers, mission priorities with a government CIO, account strategy with sales leadership, partner solutions with a systems integrator, and product requirements with Microsoft engineering.
