Qualifications include: • 3+ years of business development or sales experience (exterior services / landscaping preferred) • Proven success closing high-value commercial contracts • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • CRM experience preferred • Valid driver's license and ability to travel (-10%).
