Travel Center and QSR Tenant Strategy: Play a critical leadership role in curating the tenant mix at travel plazas and lead negotiations of leases, subleases, concessions and other occupancy arrangements with travel center retailers including QSRs, restaurants, banks, service providers and other complimentary uses. This role will lead the asset management strategy and execution for the Company’s 900+ location retail real estate portfolio (predominantly fuel stations with convenience stores and travel centers), with responsibility for maximizing long-term asset value, optimizing portfolio performance, managing QSR tenants, and executing strategic real estate initiatives, including acquisitions.
