Working collaboratively with Planning, Public Works and Engineering, Building, Parks, Utilities, outside agencies, developers, consultants, and community partners, the Senior Development Review Engineer helps move projects from pre-application and plan review through construction, public improvement acceptance, and project closeout. Leads negotiation of engineering, infrastructure, public improvement, and technical provisions of development agreements and related documents, coordinating with Planning, Legal, Finance, Public Works and Engineering, and other appropriate staff on matters outside the position's technical authority.
