As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide psychiatric and addiction medication management to patients and e-consults to HealthLinc medical providers to promote mental wellness, emphasize health promotion and disease prevention, and make referrals to physicians and other health care members of the integrated health care team as appropriate. Demonstrates appropriate work habits which include: arriving on time, promptly returning phone calls, utilizing appropriate universal precaution measures, documentation in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining appropriate patient confidentiality, and making scheduling changes only through appropriate channels.
