QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management, Computer Science, or a related field, is required; Minimum ten (10) years of experience in business process reengineering (BPR) or process mapping, or digital engineering is required; DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required at start; Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying continuous improvement methodologies is required; Experience with Service Now, PowerApps, ADO, and JIRA is required; Experience working in Agile environments and with Agile tools is highly desired; Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask across multiple ongoing efforts; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms like Microsoft SharePoint is required; Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask across multiple ongoing efforts; Must be customer-facing and interact seamlessly with government as well internal and external stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesSupports re-engineering working groups with the capture of actions, decisions, and risks identified; Tracks and manages deliverables and milestones utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) or other project management tools; Supports team scrum master with ADO/JIRA tasking and clean up; Assists in the creation of formal documentation for business processes, knowledge management, and briefings to senior leadership; Provides surge support as needed across the Transformation team, engages heavily with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are captured, and provides status updates; Tracks deliverables, milestone, and dependencies; Coordinates with product owners, stakeholders, and developers across projects; Utilizes AI tools to improve efficiency, create document drafts, and summarize meeting transcripts for distro to stakeholders.
