Under the updated PWS, the Chief Cost Data Scientist serves as the contractor's senior technical authority, enterprise architect for the CADOM data environment, technical lead for quality and consistency across CEMDAR tasks and deliverables, and primary strategic advisor to the AFCAA Technical Director regarding data strategy, technology insertion, and analytical innovation. Knowledge and experience performing cost estimating and analysis for major defense systems, including work breakdown structures, CSDRs, O&S data, EVM, SAR and budget data, cost-estimating relationships, and analogy estimating.
