If not already a COR Level II, it requires at least 1 year of COR-related acquisition-type experience, completion of an instructor-led FCR 201 course OR each of the following self-paced courses: CLC 222, CLC 106, ACQ 0310, and CLE 028 (total: 40 hours), and Completion of FAC 022 (initial certification + every 2 years), and completion of FAC 043 (initial certification + every 12 months). Applies comprehensive knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process, Contracting Officers Representative responsibilities, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, acquisition planning, contract management requirements, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and applicable DHS and ODNI contracting policies.
