This role requires solid functional knowledge of Demand Planning processes (statistical and ML-based forecasting, demand sensing, demand shaping, consensus demand) and working knowledge of Supply Planning (supply-demand matching, allocation, fulfillment), Kinaxis platform capabilities, and enterprise planning ecosystems including Oracle ERP and modern cloud data platforms. Gather requirements, document processes, and perform gap analysis across Demand Planning (forecast accuracy, bias, segmentation, ML model performance, new product forecasting) and Supply Planning (supply-demand balancing, allocation logic, inventory positioning, fulfillment prioritization).
