The locum physician will provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services, including preventive care, acute visits, chronic disease management, medication management, routine primary care assessments, appropriate diagnostic testing, referrals, and coordination of care. The physician will join an established outpatient clinical team and provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages , with an expected volume of approximately 20 patients per day .
