The requirements for this position are listed below: • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience • 5-8 years in the compression manufacturing/service industry • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) • Must be able to foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers • Complete understanding of company's warranty, product manufactured, and detailed knowledge of customer contract • Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations that may not be addressed by existing policies, procedures or protocols • Decisions include such matters as changes of policies and regulations, order in which work is done, and application of established procedures • Preferred: 3-5 years' experience in warranty administration • Preferred: 1-3 years in KPI/Metrics reporting • Preferred: Experience in Power BI software • Preferred: Previous experience in SAP/Oracle Based Work order management system.
