The role requires the ability to lead teams operating across both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks while maintaining clear communication, delivery alignment, risk visibility, and effective work tracking. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, maintaining Jira and Confluence processes, and coordinating with Product Owners, developers, support teams, and other stakeholders.
