Responsibilities include managing complex subaward invoicing and expenditure monitoring processes, supporting subcontractor relationships, mitigating financial and compliance risks, and overseeing approximately $4.9 million in educational stipend funding in coordination with Department of Defense laboratories and internal stakeholders.
