The ROW Agent, under the direction of a Land Manager, ROW Supervisor, Lead Agent, or delegate, performs land and right-of-way tasks associated with inquiries and requests from third parties (landowners, developers, state/federal agencies, etc.) regarding encroachments (intrusions on easement rights) on, over, or across Company pipeline assets and facilities throughout the United States. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in the Land and Right of Way profession, or equivalent experience dealing with real estate issues, landowners, engineers, developers, and government agencies.
