Evaluates emerging endpoint, security, automation, and digital workplace technologies through research, testing, and proof-of-concept activities; collaborates with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to implement innovative solutions, support organizational objectives, and drive continuous improvement. Provides subject matter expertise, administration, and operational support for endpoint security and remote support technologies, including Microsoft Defender, Arctic Wolf, BeyondTrust Remote Support, and related cybersecurity tools; monitors, responds to, and mitigates risks impacting endpoint and user security.
