Job Summary: Reporting to the Global Controller, the Assistant Controller will lead the finance activities for the Semiconductor Fabrications Solutions Segment, including reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, planning, budgeting, and contribute to capital structure strategy. Maintain knowledge of current accounting and reporting requirements established by the AICPA, FASB, the SEC and other governmental agencies; analyze the implications of new requirements for our firm and industry, and help determine an appropriate approach for implementation.
