This application is used to address the Early Intervention Program\'s (EIP\'s) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers claiming, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with federal and State requirements. Knowledge Transfer Requirement: Consultant will provide written documentation (including step-by-step instructions) and work with state staff to transfer knowledge gained to state and contract staff prior to departure.
