Minimum Qualifications Permanent Transfer Candidates: Current New York State employee with one or more years of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55 b/c service that is eligible for transfer under Section {70.1 and or 52.6} of the Civil Service Law to Business Officer Trainee 1, NS, Business Officer Trainee 2, NS, or Business Officer 1, SG 18. They will develop, evaluate or review contracts, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Information (RFIs) Requests for Application (RFAs), Sole/Single Source procurements, and related financial documents.
