Under direction, classes in this series perform professional-level duties in the application of information technology to improve County departmental business and administrative processes; reviews business functions and strategies; identifies, proposes, and implements business process changes; collects and analyzes operational and systems data, and performs other duties as required. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system improvement opportunities, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, and transparency.
