As a Business Development Manager, you will own the Southern Maine landscapeidentifying high-volume accounts from the Portland docks to the industrial parks of York County. Youll outmaneuver the competition to secure partnerships with companies that keep Maines economy moving. You are someone who views "no" as a pitstop, not a finish line. What Youll Do<ul><li> Attack the Market: Relentlessly prospect through cold outreach, networking at local hubs, and mastering the Southern Maine territory. </li><li> Consultative Closing: Master the "win" by diagnosing client pain points and delivering staffing solutions that keep production lines running. </li><li> Control the Room: Lead meetings with decision-makers, navigating the manufacturing floor and the executive suite with equal confidence. </li><li> Strategic Partnerships: Build an unshakable book of business by becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the region. </li><li> Execution & Precision: Track your "stats" in our CRM with the discipline of a pro athletemetrics, pipeline, and outreach are your scoreboard. </li><li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our recruiting and ops teams to ensure every promise you make to a client is a promise kept. </li></ul><hr/>The Requirements<ul><li> Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelors Degree is preferred  </li><li> The Competitive Edge: 1+ years of experience in high-activity environments (Sales, Hospitality, Retail, or Collegiate Athletics).
