The position provides direct leadership of the administrative and business operations of the department to include financial management, budgeting, accounting, purchasing, information technology, sponsored research and graduate student funding, payroll, travel, human resources, fixed assets inventory, and etc. This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of the department''s business, financial, and administrative operations and requires the ability to develop innovative solutions that support the department''s growth, operational effectiveness, and long-term success.
