The role partners closely with Division General Managers, Product Support leaders, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain to ensure world-class military customer support, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth aligned with Parker's long-term aerospace strategy. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through twelve or more years of increasingly responsible aerospace experience, defense, or complex manufacturing environments with 8 or more years leading large, cross functional or global teams.
