Position Overview: We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Business Development Manager with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transition management, and business expansion. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, while ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into existing operations. The role involves coordinating due diligence activities, supporting the onboarding and transition of acquired entities, and aligning operational workflows with company standards and best practices.
