The Woods System of Care is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey-based nonprofit population health network providing life-long life-cycle innovative, comprehensive and integrated healthcare, long term services and supports, education, housing, day programs, behavioral health services including crisis intervention, homeless outreach, integrated case management/justice involved services, inpatient counseling, psychiatric services, and care coordination services for children and adults in the intellectual and developmental disability, behavioral and brain trauma public health sectors who have complex and intensive medical and behavioral healthcare needs. Serves as a liaison between Affiliate and HRSS for transactional and HR Operational matters and collaborates closely with Strategic Leadership team on high level initiatives or business needs relating to employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and related problem-solving needs.
