Supports patient care delivery by helping health care providers during examinations, preparing laboratory specimens, performing laboratory tests, running point of care test, drawing blood, preparing patients for x-rays and other radiology tests, Vital signs, pain scale, performing electrocardiograms. The Emergency Department Technician (EDT) will assist in the delivery of care in the Emergency Department at the Tully Health Center under the direct supervision of a practicing physician, physician assistant, and/or licensed nurse.
