Application/Business Project Managers consult with product owners, subject matter experts, technical staff, scrum teams, and stakeholders to identify, define, interpret, integrate, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures. A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred, along with demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, facilitating meetings and discussions with employees at all levels, and working within the software development life cycle (SDLC).
